Eurochamp integrates the value chain of its products: composting plants, mushroom cultivation, processing and packaging plants, and the labeling and logistics center, thus ensuring maximum efficiency in distribution and marketing.
Compost
Producing substrate for growing mushrooms is a complex process. The quality of the cultivated mushrooms depends on its quality. Eurochamp has 6 associated plants that guarantee the supply of compost throughout the year.
Crops
The 140 farmers who are partners of Eurochamp accumulate the knowledge and experience of three generations dedicated to the cultivation of mushrooms. That is why we can guarantee products consistent high quality.
Processing and marketing
Eurochamp’s production lines include all manufacturing processes: washing, sorting, blanching, filling, sealing, sterilization, labeling, packaging for transport and logistic services.

Quality controls and traceability
Eurochamp has systems that allow full traceability from the crops to the customer.
The continuous inspection method of the Quality department ensures that all processes conform to BRC / IFS and HACCP requirements.
All the production centers linked to the cooperative’s value chain comply with the strictest international standards of quality, food safety, traceability, the environment and prevention of occupational risks.
