Minute mushrooms

Ingredients (4 people):
  • 500 g mushrooms
  • For the ali-oli sauce:
    • 25 cc olive oil
    • 12 cc wine vinegar
    • 1 garlic clove
    • 1 parsley sprig
    • A pinch of salt
Preparation time:
  • 5 minutes

How to prepare:

  1. Clean the mushrooms and remove the stems leaving only the caps.
  2. Place them on a tray face up.
  3. Fill the mushrooms with ali-oli sauce.
  4. Place in the microwave and keep at maximum power for 5 minutes.
  5. Remove and serve.

Preparation of the sauce: Mix the ingredients and beat them with a blender. The remaining sauce can be kept refrigerated.

Tip: For those who do not like garlic or ali-oli it can be substituted with a few cubes of aged cheese, goat cheese or blue cheese.
